- Most supplements that claims to be good for you could actually do nothing, or worse be bad for you.
- Vitamins are hard to find that actually work, the best choice to get is the old school Flintstones Vitamins (They work well for children and adults)
- Having to much vitamins can also be bad; humans are meant to have a balanced diet.
Also if you are buying vitamins it is best not to buy it online, going in to a store where the pharmacist can talk to you about the ingredients in the vitamins and nutrients that you would get in powder or pill form.
