So as of yesterday I have put myself on a healthier eating schedule (AKA Diet). When people think of diets they usually think of some kind of dramatic eating plan. But that's not exactly what I am going for. I'm just trying to cut down on all of my "snacks" that I love so much. And with the snacks cut down I am also going to cut out with the "seconds" at dinner. I never eat breakfast, so I want to bring that back, in a much healthier way. My breakfast is going to include some kind of fruits and orange juice, basically enough to keep me until lunch time.
Everyone that knows me knows that I always have a water bottle with me. I get thirsty a lot, and I don't like going to water fountains because I can taste the pipe in the water. BUT ANY WAY! because I'm getting off topic, I am going to continue with the water because it's good for the body (and skin).
With the cut backs on foods that are no good, I am going to add "jogging" on the weekends. (So if you see me jogging around your block, root for me because it's a big step up).
You may ask "Why are you doing this Mahalia? You look fine the way you are." Thank you, I appreciate the complement. BUT! Spring time is coming up, and with spring comes Volleyball practice (I want to be physically fit) and because it's spring people! LOL and you know what that means, WARM WEATHER. Warm weather means no more jackets, coats and sweaters that can hide my tummy:)
So I am trying to get healthy and get a fit. SO WISH ME LUCK!
